Terri Beach - Certified Dental Assistant

Terri enjoys helping people keep their mouths healthy. She has been practicing since 1983. She graduated from Santa Fe Community College with her Dental Assistant Degree. She also has studied at the L. D. Pankey Institute and is CPR certified.

Terri was born and raised in Gainesville. She loves to spend time outdoors. Enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her family. She is married to Kenny, they have a daughter named Taylor and a shih tzu named Gracie. Surprisingly, she wakes up at 3:30 every morning without an alarm!

Hayley Gaitanis - Office Administrator & Dental Assistant

Hayley has been working in the dental field since 2014. She attended Chiefland High School and is currently enrolled at Santa Fe College working on her Bachelor's degree in Health Administration. Hayley completed her AA degree and is certified as a dental assistant. She grew up in Chiefland and got married on April 6th, 2019 to her husband, Chris. Congratulations to the newlyweds! They own two spoiled dogs, named Hardy and Sofi. Hayley loves to run, cook, bake and hang out with friends and family.

Janette Nossa - Office Manager

Janette has been a part of our office since 2015 and is committed to creating relationships with eveery patient. She attended Santa Fe College and received her degree as a Registered Nurse. Originally from Miami, she is a Cuban coffee fanatic and loves pastelitos.

Outside of the office, she loves to spend time with her family and travel. She is married to Dr. Nossa and has two daughters (Ale and Nohe), and a dog named Simba.

Claire Rafanan - Dental Hygienist

Claire graduated from Santa Fe College in 1996 and has been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years. She credits her childhood orthodontist for sparking her interest in dentistry.

Claire strives to build comfortable and trusting relationships with all her patients. She is certified in Basic Life Support and has also received training at the L. D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. A favorite part of her job is helping patients get healthier, all while doing something she enjoys.

As a navy brat, she lived in eight different cities by the age of 14. Her hobbies include cooking, butterfly gardening, spending time at the beach and riding motorcycles. She has been with her fiance, Will, for 14 years and they have a much loved cat named Kumar.

Alejandra Nossa - Dental Assistant & Administrative Assistant

Alejandra (Ale) graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelors in Nutritional Science. She loves to socialize and create meaningful relationships with every patient. In addition to dentistry, she also has her Coaching Certification.

She has grown up in Gainesville and is a dedicated Gator fan. During her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors and eat avocado. One of her favorite dishes is hot chocolate with mozzarella cheese!

Michelle Cooper - Dental Hygienist

Michelle Cooper has been practicing as a dental hygienist as our office since 2019. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and their families. Her goal is to make every appointment a positive experience. She received her dental hygiene degree from Santa Fe College and her bachelor’s from Ohio State University. Michelle is from Havelock, North Carolina, and is happily married with three children, two girls and a boy. Her favorite hobby outside of work is watching her girls play softball.

Nohe Nossa - Hygienist Assistant

Nohe Nossa has been a part of our office since 2019. She graduated from Buchholz High School and is currently attending the University of South Florida. She is a Gainesville native and has a Toy Australian Shepherd named Bentley. She loves spending time outdoors, either walking or going to the beach. Nohe has even been skydiving!

Stacie Wasylow - Dental Hygienist

Stacie started as a dental assistant and then pursued her dental hygiene license. She has been practicing as a hygienist since 2013 and loves educating her patients on proper dental habits and helping them understand the oral systemic connection. Stacie attended LSU and graduated from Santa Fe College after moving to Gainesville. She graduated from Santa Fe College with honors and received the Thomas Herman Scholar award. Stacie is certified in sleep apnea and serves on the Santa Fe College Dental Department Advisory Board. She is originally from New Orleans and is married to her husband, Damion and has two twin girls. Outside of dentistry, Stacie enjoys reading and eating or anything involving good friends and good food. She lived in San Diego after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of her life.

Tara Marshall - Dental Assistant & Office Administrator

With more than 20 years of experience, Tara joined our team in February of 2022. So far, her favorite parts of her job are working with Dr. Nossa, having amazing, talented team members, and building lasting relationships with all of our patients. A certified dental assistant and orthodontic assistant, she attended Santa Fe College for her studies. Outside the office, she enjoys being with her husband, their three daughters, and their rescue dog. As a family, they love vacationing (when it’s not volleyball season). Here’s a fun fact about her: she likes baking and trying new recipes in her free time!
