Terri Beach - Certified Dental Assistant

Terri enjoys helping people keep their mouths healthy. She has been practicing since 1983. She graduated from Santa Fe Community College with her Dental Assistant Degree. She also has studied at the L. D. Pankey Institute and is CPR certified.

Terri was born and raised in Gainesville. She loves to spend time outdoors. Enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her family. She is married to Kenny, they have a daughter named Taylor and a shih tzu named Gracie. Surprisingly, she wakes up at 3:30 every morning without an alarm!

Angie Apolinario - Dental Assistant

Angie has 13 years of experience in dentistry and is trained in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting and Restorative Functions. She loves building relationships with patients and enjoys meeting new people every day.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Angie enjoys home renovations, trips to the beach, and spending time with her dog, Champ. Outside of dentistry, she has a passion for growing fruit trees and loves creating beautiful things both at home and in her garden.

Janette Nossa - Office Manager

Janette has been a part of our office since 2015 and is committed to creating relationships with eveery patient. She attended Santa Fe College and received her degree as a Registered Nurse. Originally from Miami, she is a Cuban coffee fanatic and loves pastelitos.

Outside of the office, she loves to spend time with her family and travel. She is married to Dr. Nossa and has two daughters (Ale and Nohe), and a dog named Simba.

Tina Kaercher - Front Desk Receptionist

Tina brings a warm and welcoming presence to the practice, where she enjoys interacting with patients and helping create a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. She studied at Dekalb Technical College in Georgia and has a passion for connecting with people and making patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Tina has been married to her husband, Steve, for 40 years. Together, they have four grown children and a beloved dog. Outside of the office, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, walking on the beach, reading, and exploring her creativity through arts and crafts.

Lauren Michael – Front Desk

TLauren joined our practice in July 2026 and brings 12 years of dental experience to our team. Cross-trained as both a dental assistant and front desk professional, she enjoys helping patients feel welcome and seeing the positive impact quality dentistry has on their oral health.

Originally from Danbury, Connecticut, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends. In her free time, she loves traveling, outdoor and water activities, and spending time with her two dogs, Cleo and Kairo. A fun fact about Lauren is that she has an incredible memory and is known for remembering even the smallest details!

Claire Rafanan - Dental Hygienist

Claire graduated from Santa Fe College in 1996 and has been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years. She credits her childhood orthodontist for sparking her interest in dentistry.

Claire strives to build comfortable and trusting relationships with all her patients. She is certified in Basic Life Support and has also received training at the L. D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. A favorite part of her job is helping patients get healthier, all while doing something she enjoys.

As a navy brat, she lived in eight different cities by the age of 14. Her hobbies include cooking, butterfly gardening, spending time at the beach and riding motorcycles. She has been with her fiance, Will, for 14 years and they have a much loved cat named Kumar.

Stacie Wasylow - Dental Hygienist

Stacie started as a dental assistant and then pursued her dental hygiene license. She has been practicing as a hygienist since 2013 and loves educating her patients on proper dental habits and helping them understand the oral systemic connection. Stacie attended LSU and graduated from Santa Fe College after moving to Gainesville. She graduated from Santa Fe College with honors and received the Thomas Herman Scholar award. Stacie is certified in sleep apnea and serves on the Santa Fe College Dental Department Advisory Board. She is originally from New Orleans and is married to her husband, Damion and has two twin girls. Outside of dentistry, Stacie enjoys reading and eating or anything involving good friends and good food. She lived in San Diego after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of her life.
