Terri Beach - Certified Dental Assistant

Terri enjoys helping people keep their mouths healthy. She has been practicing since 1983. She graduated from Santa Fe Community College with her Dental Assistant Degree. She also has studied at the L. D. Pankey Institute and is CPR certified.

Terri was born and raised in Gainesville. She loves to spend time outdoors. Enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her family. She is married to Kenny, they have a daughter named Taylor and a shih tzu named Gracie. Surprisingly, she wakes up at 3:30 every morning without an alarm!

Janette Nossa - Office Manager

Janette has been a part of our office since 2015 and is committed to creating relationships with eveery patient. She attended Santa Fe College and received her degree as a Registered Nurse. Originally from Miami, she is a Cuban coffee fanatic and loves pastelitos.

Outside of the office, she loves to spend time with her family and travel. She is married to Dr. Nossa and has two daughters (Ale and Nohe), and a dog named Simba.

Claire Rafanan - Dental Hygienist

Claire graduated from Santa Fe College in 1996 and has been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years. She credits her childhood orthodontist for sparking her interest in dentistry.

Claire strives to build comfortable and trusting relationships with all her patients. She is certified in Basic Life Support and has also received training at the L. D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. A favorite part of her job is helping patients get healthier, all while doing something she enjoys.

As a navy brat, she lived in eight different cities by the age of 14. Her hobbies include cooking, butterfly gardening, spending time at the beach and riding motorcycles. She has been with her fiance, Will, for 14 years and they have a much loved cat named Kumar.

Alejandra Nossa - Dental Assistant & Administrative Assistant

Alejandra (Ale) graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelors in Nutritional Science. She loves to socialize and create meaningful relationships with every patient. In addition to dentistry, she also has her Coaching Certification.

She has grown up in Gainesville and is a dedicated Gator fan. During her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors and eat avocado. One of her favorite dishes is hot chocolate with mozzarella cheese!

Nohe Nossa - Hygienist Assistant

Nohe Nossa has been a part of our office since 2019. She graduated from Buchholz High School and is currently attending the University of South Florida. She is a Gainesville native and has a Toy Australian Shepherd named Bentley. She loves spending time outdoors, either walking or going to the beach. Nohe has even been skydiving!

Stacie Wasylow - Dental Hygienist

Stacie started as a dental assistant and then pursued her dental hygiene license. She has been practicing as a hygienist since 2013 and loves educating her patients on proper dental habits and helping them understand the oral systemic connection. Stacie attended LSU and graduated from Santa Fe College after moving to Gainesville. She graduated from Santa Fe College with honors and received the Thomas Herman Scholar award. Stacie is certified in sleep apnea and serves on the Santa Fe College Dental Department Advisory Board. She is originally from New Orleans and is married to her husband, Damion and has two twin girls. Outside of dentistry, Stacie enjoys reading and eating or anything involving good friends and good food. She lived in San Diego after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of her life.

Diana Montas - Dental Assistant

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Diana has been in the world of dentistry for a couple of years and counting. She studied at La Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal (UFHEC) to earn her certification as a dental assistant as well as in CPR. The greatest part of her job is getting the chance to learn something new every day and being able to help Dr. Nossa and our patients.

At home, Diana is the youngest of four children as well as the only girl. When she’s not spending time with family and loved ones, she enjoys exercising, doing makeup, and being with her husband. One fun fact about her: she’s a huge moviegoer and TV series binge-watcher.

Alicia Lawrence - Dental Assistant

Raised in Cape Elizabeth, ME, Alicia studied at Cornell University and is currently attending a Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program at the University of Florida. She is certified in various topics like OSHA, bloodborne pathogens, HIPAA, CPR, and infectious waste management. The best thing about her job: engaging with her patients and being the photographer of the team.

Outside of the office, Alicia feels inspired by her parents and sister to learn as much as she can every day, stay physically active, and be caring toward everyone she meets. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, hiking, and listening to live music. One fun fact about her: she turned 11 years old on November 11, 2011!

Kelsey Miller – Front Office Assistant

Kelsey may be relatively new to our team, but she’s no stranger to Gainesville – she was born and raised here! In addition to studying at UNF and Santa Fe, she is certified in CPR and has experience in insurance, treatment planning, and patient care. However, her favorite part of her job is forming meaningful connections with our patients to ensure they have the phenomenal experience they deserve.

As for life outside the office, Kelsey loves spending time with her family, especially her nephew. She also loves going on walks, going to the beach, reading, and cooking. Here’s a fun fact about her: she did ballet/pointe for 13 years!
